The product delivers creatine monohydrate, a molecule that can be found in the human body by nature. In muscle tissues creatine is bound with phosphate to phospho-creatine. Consumption of creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts (refers to the daily intake of 3 g creatine). Ingredients: 89,3 micronized creatine monohydrate, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatine, colour: E 171). Recommended use: take 3 capsules a day during training on competition days or at the same time during non-training days. Drinking with large amount of water. An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children and young persons. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Standard delivery costs £5.95 for orders weighing up to 25kg.

Orders placed before 1:00pm are normally dispatched on the same working day. Our standard delivery service usually takes approximately 2 working days from dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Couriers do not normally deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. Where an item or its packaging appears to have been damaged during transit, contact us immediately at sales@taurushealthandfitness.co.uk.

Please include your order details and photographs of the damaged product and packaging where possible.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, eligible products may be returned to Taurus UK LTD within 5 working days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• You must contact us before returning the item.

• A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.

To request a return or cancel an eligible order, please email sales@taurushealthandfitness.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request.

Customers are responsible for safely returning products to us. Taurus UK LTD cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned outside the stated return period may not qualify for a refund.
