L-citrulline is a non-essential (conditionally essential) amino acid micro nutrient that the body cannot produce in sufficient quantities typically under greater strain, therefore replenishment might become necessary. When it comes to fruit, citrulline is found in large quantities in watermelon, for example. The synergistic combination of L-citrulline amino acid and malic acid is L-citrulline malate. Malic acid (malate) is an organic acid, which can be found in nature (for example in apple). L-citrulline amino acid is what L-arginine and L-ornithine amino acids are made of. Standard delivery costs £5.95 for orders weighing up to 25kg.

Orders placed before 1:00pm are normally dispatched on the same working day. Our standard delivery service usually takes approximately 2 working days from dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Couriers do not normally deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Taurus UK LTD cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost deliveries caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, vehicle or mechanical failure, natural disasters, incorrect address details, or theft where a parcel has been left in a requested safe place or with a neighbour.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. Where an item or its packaging appears to have been damaged during transit, contact us immediately at sales@taurushealthandfitness.co.uk.

Please include your order details and photographs of the damaged product and packaging where possible.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, eligible products may be returned to Taurus UK LTD within 5 working days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• You must contact us before returning the item.

• A 15% restocking and handling fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.

To request a return or cancel an eligible order, please email sales@taurushealthandfitness.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request.

Customers are responsible for safely returning products to us. Taurus UK LTD cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned outside the stated return period may not qualify for a refund.
